Akfix 905N (AKA905NNSS) is a premium neutral-cure silicone sealant specifically designed for the construction industry. Unlike standard acetoxy silicones, it does not release acids during curing, making it safe for sensitive materials.
Neutral Cure: Non-corrosive and low odor; will not damage metals (copper, brass, lead) or react with alkaline surfaces like concrete and mortar.
Volume: 310ml cartridge (Standard size).
Color: Clear (Transparent).
UV Resistance: High resistance to aging, weather, and UV radiation, making it suitable for both interior and exterior use.
Elasticity: Remains permanently flexible with high movement capability (up to 25%).
Glazing: Installing glass into window frames (aluminum, wood, or PVC).
Masonry: Sealing joints between concrete, brick, and stone.
Expansion Joints: Ideal for building facade joints where high movement is expected.
Sanitary: Can be used in kitchens and bathrooms where a non-acidic cure is preferred for stone countertops.
Porous Surfaces: While 905N has excellent adhesion, extremely porous surfaces may require a primer for the best long-term bond.
Painting: Like most silicones, this product cannot be painted. Ensure you choose the correct color (Clear, White, Grey, or Black) before application.
