Akfix 705 (Product Code: 221001) is the larger professional version of the MDF bonding kit, containing 125g of cyanoacrylate adhesive and a 400ml aerosol activator. It is designed for high-volume bonding of porous materials like MDF, wood, and chipboard where rapid curing is required.
Contents: 125g Adhesive (B125GR) + 400ml Activator.
Adhesive Type: High-viscosity ethyl-2-cyanoacrylate (liquid gel).
Cure Time: Bonds instantly (5–10 seconds) upon contact with the activator.
Viscosity: 1200–1800 Cps, which prevents the glue from being absorbed by porous surfaces and allows for vertical applications without dripping.
Temperature Resistance: -20°C to +70°C once cured.
Furniture & Cabinetry: Rapidly bonding MDF profile corners and wood joints.
Repairs: Fixing wood, rubber, leather, and most plastics.
Vertical Use: Ideal for applications where standard thin super glues would run off the surface.
Safety Note: Use in well-ventilated areas and avoid contact with skin and eyes, as cyanoacrylate bonds to skin in seconds.
