The Aleron C605 and A605H Oven/Shaker Set (Model:
AL-C605-A605H) is a commercial-grade Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing and curing
solution from Aleron Digital.
It is designed to automate custom apparel production by printing,
powder-coating, and curing transfers in a single, continuous workflow.
Key Features & Workflow:
The Printer (C605): Often
equipped with high-speed industrial printheads (like the Epson i3200-A1), the
system prints vibrant CMYK + White ink. It handles rolls up to 600mm (24
inches) wide and delivers sharp definition up to 2400 DPI.
The Shaker/Oven (A605H): As
the PET film exits the printer, the automatic shaker applies hot melt powder.
It then passes into the A605H curing oven, typically featuring an extended
drying design (up to 11 heating tubes) to ensure uniform drying and mitigate
oil return.
Powder Recycling: The
system usually includes an automatic powder circulation and recycling
mechanism, reducing manual handling and waste.
Fabric Compatibility: The
transfers work on a wide variety of materials, including 100% cotton,
polyester, nylon, and blends.
Recommended Settings & Maintenance:
Pressing Conditions: For
final application, press the film onto fabric at 260°F - 320°F for 8 - 15
seconds with medium pressure.
White Ink Agitation: To
prevent clogging, agitate the white ink daily and flush the printheads if the
system sits unused for more than three days.
