Outstanding printing media with gold effect is most suitable when premium, glossy, shiny finish is needed. Due to it's shade is requires more experience in matching printed colors, but the end result is just awesome!
Gold media contains metallic particles, which reflect infrared radiation. Under the same conditions, it heats less than usual media (matte or pearlescent) and does not reach temperatures necessary to achieve embossing effect. Thus, certain adjustments both in Dimensor S settings and file preparation, are needed.
- Fire Resistance - B-s1, d0 (ISO 13501-1) A or 1 (ASTM E84) B-s1, d0, t0 (GB8624-2012)
- Washable conformity to DIN EN 12956
- Less discoloration on light colours/smoother embossed surface
- Design tip - Using dark brown instead of black colour is recommended
